Refund policy
Our Returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Gift cards/ vouchers are non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives, and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@horsesports.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@horsesports.co.nz.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account. Refunds will only be provided if the goods are faulty and cannot be replaced.
Sale items (if applicable)
Please choose carefully as only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. All sales of sale items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
