Shipping policy

Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as possible, and our couriers collect each week day. Most shipping within NZ takes 1-3 days depending on location, and Rural Delivery can take a little more.

Shipping Rates for New Zealand 

Pick up - always free. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Local Delivery - most Auckland Central Suburbs and near Takanini is $8, Waiheke Island is $10.

Note: To ensure you get the correct rate, let the website auto-complete your address at checkout, so the 'Local Zone' postcode is accepted.

Rest of North Island: $18 - unless you include a rake, shovel, cover rack (shipping is $39) or saddle (shipping is $45) in your order.

South Island: $22 - unless you include a rake, shovel, cover rack (shipping is $39) or saddle (shipping is $60) in your order.

Note:

Collection only - Large bags of feed, jump stands and mounting blocks must be collected, as couriers generally don't accept these. If you add these to your cart, you'll see a shipping rate at checkout that says COLLECTION ONLY, and you will need to select Pick Up, or remove the item from your order. Thank you for understanding.

Unusual orders - If your order is extra large, heavy or unwieldy, in certain cases we will let you know that the actual shipping rate, and you can choose if we refund your order in full, or pay the extra. 

Shipping Rates for Australia

Australia - Standard shipping is $40.

Note:

We also have an indicative higher rate for large and unwieldy items, and in certain cases we will need to let you know that the actual rate is higher than that, in which case we can refund your order or you can choose to pay the extra.
