Nettles help stimulate circulation and are therefore helpful for itchy, irritating skin and because they are high in iron and vitamin C they are helpful also for blood disorders such as anaemia. 

A good general tonic, blood cleanser and conditioner.

Can also encourage shine and dappling of coats. Some horses may react with a nettle rash -– so discontinue use
